Delivery all over the UK. Carriage charges as follows: Up to 1 kilo £3.50, 1kg+ to 6kg £4.95, 6kg+ to 12kg £6.95, 12kg+ to 20kg £9.95, 20kg+ FREE of carriage charge. All orders over £150 are Free of delivery charge. We also deliver all over Europe. Delivery charge is £12 per box, maximum weight we can pack in one box is 28kg. So, an order weighing 28kg+ and up to 56kg will be two boxes, delivery charge £24.

Small parcels delivery
For small parcels we use the Royal Mail, next day, signed for service. With this service your order will be delivered by the Postman. If you are out when the postman attempts delivery, he will leave an advice note with local depot details and the parcel will return to the local depot. You can then contact the depot and either collect the parcel, or re-arrange delivery.
Large parcels delivery
For all larger parcels we use Interlink who provide a fast and reliable service. We use the next day delivery service. This is a fantastic and reliable service but we are unable to confirm an exact time of delivery which can be made at any time between 7am and 6pm. You can also select the Before 12.00 option when placing your order which will ensure delivery before midday.
Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?
Yes. All our deliveries are sent out on a ‘signed for’ service, either with Royal Mail or with Interlink. If you are out when the delivery comes, they will leave a card with information on the local depot where you will be able to collect yourself, or you can arrange re-delivery. If you are normally out during the week, a work address may be preferable. Please remember that we cannot accept responsibility for any goods left without a signature.
Delivery can be to any address. Remember that somebody must be in to accept and sign for the parcel and a work address is always a good option. If you pay by credit card, the address at which your payment card is registered must also be present on your order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We pride ourselves on our delivery speed and will normally send orders for Tiger line, clothing, hook baits, dips, stick mixes etc within 48h. For small items we use the Royal Mail next day signed for service. However, this depends on the Royal Mail and delivery can on occasions take up to five working days. Larger orders for these items are sent out with Interlink on a next day service. All orders for these items will be delivered within 3/4 working days under normal delivery circumstances. Please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. There is a Before 12.00 option that you can choose when completing your order.
Boilies are freshly rolled to order, so we need a bit more time to prepare bait orders. Most orders will be rolled, prepared and despatched within 72h of receiving the order. Ideally, place your order a week or more before you need your bait and we will then be able to deliver exactly on the day you want. Please specify the delivery date when you place your order.
All boilie and bait orders are despatched with Interlink using the next day delivery service. Note that bait orders are dispatched Monday (except Bank Holidays) to Thursday for a next day delivery. We don’t send out Freezer baits on a Friday as they would spoil while in the courier network over the weekend.
Ordering in time for the weekendTo ensure you receive your Freezer bait in time for the weekend, ideally order on the Monday or Tuesday. Or better still, order the previous week and specify the delivery date. That way you will receive your bait on exactly the day you want. If you’ve left it until the last minute, we will still do our best to get your bait to you in time for the weekend as long as we receive your order by 5pm on the Tuesday. We will then be able to send out on Thursday for delivery on the Friday. In most instances we will be able to do this and we will always do our best to help out. However, in really busy periods it might not be possible so it is always best to order early
Orders for Freezer baits placed on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be sent out the beginning of the following week.
Currency & Tax Charges
All the prices quoted within this site include 20% VAT and are quoted in £ Sterling.
Big Carp Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.
If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange it or make a refund, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer.
We will always process returns as quickly as possible, please allow 14 days from receipt of the return.

Big Carp Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery is not in our control and Big Carp Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order on the same day you place it with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. Note that all our boilies are freshly rolled to order and most orders will be rolled and prepared the day following receipt of the order. Once an order has been started we are unable to make a refund.
